Location: TouchBase, Glasgow.
Salary: £10.06 – £11.07 per hour (placement will be on the first point within the grade).
Contract: 1 x 30 hours per week permanent contract and 1 x 37 hours per week temporary (12 months) contract available.
This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified, committed, creative and confident Supervisor to join our vibrant group service where we support adults with additional support needs.
You will be flexible in your approach to working hours required by the service, have the ability to lead shifts, be competent with rota management and have the ability to coach and mentor support staff.
You will have the ability to guide support staff on providing a welcoming, responsive, flexible and integrated service provision that reflects and meets the needs of the people we support and their families.
The service has a structured activity programme led by the people we support. You will have the confidence to have regular meetings and listen to their opinions and feedback.
