Care Support Worker (Personal Assistant)
Location: Oban, PA34 4PL.
Salary: £9.30 per hour.
Contract: Sessional staff, Various shift patterns available.
As a sessional worker you will be fully involved in all aspect of the support the team provide to the 4 individuals we support. Everyone lives in their own homes and all enjoy their own individual lifestyles so the support we provide is wide and full of variety. With varying degrees of abilities and interests. You would be supporting people to maintain friendships and enhance their social network.
Each person we support has different support needs, so your role may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections.
ENABLE Scotland creates a bespoke team around every individual we support, and our team of Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.
