Clerk of Works

Location: Leigh, Lancashire although will be required to travel to other sites on a regular basis.
Salary: £38,906 – £43,406 per annum.
Contract: Full time, permanent. 35 flexible hours per week between 7am & 7pm, Monday to Friday.

To provide Clerk Of Works services to ensure the Group’s interests are best served during and after the development process, ensuring that the Group’s development programme achieves a high standard of quality in its new and refurbished homes.
