Due to continued growth, BHSF Occupational Health is now recruiting for a clinical receptionist to work at their Birmingham Head Office.

BHSF Occupational Health is a leading provider of occupational health services. We are part of the BHSF Group and are based in Birmingham. We look after the occupational health needs of many local and nationwide organisations. We need to increase our admin team to help support the growing needs of the business.
About the role
You will be responsible for a range of Reception duties to include welcoming client’s, booking appointments, collating clinic packs and diary management.
The role will be for 37.5 hours per week over 5 days. Our hours of business are 08.30 – 17.00hrs Monday – Friday.
Who are we looking for?
You may already be a clinical receptionist, but if not full training will be given. You will have GCSE grades A – C or equivalent in Maths and English. You will be asked to perform a numeracy and literacy test at first interview stage.
As a representative of BHSF Occupational Health, you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. You will be highly professional, organised, reliable and able to work independently as well as being part of our existing admin team.
