Continued expansion means that we are now looking for a proactive Customer Liaison Co-ordinator to join our customer liaison team as the primary point of contact for those enquiring about our services.
Customer Liaison Co-ordinator – The Role:
This role involves responding to and following through enquiries from initial contact to case set-up, including liaising with our customers (solicitors and insurers), injured service users, our own associates and other members of our team.
As a focal point for customers, you will also contribute to the development, marketing and PR of our services, representing the company at external events.
