We are looking for full and part time Support Workers to support 2 young men within the home they share in the Morpeth area. Both of these men have very happy, active and fulfilled lives, these roles will enable continuation of this.
Within these exciting roles, you must:
Both men have active lifestyles, which include walking, swimming and cycling.
Be accountable for the delivery of the content of all support and its administration including, personal care, tenancy support, health needs, housing management, personal development, emotional issues and social inclusion.
You must be able to follow guidance from your line manager and undertake all training as required.
The position involves working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-in nights.
