At Ion Science we develop, manufacture and distribute word leading gas detectors and sensors in a fun, high energy environment. Our sensors sales are currently growing at over 40% per a year and we need a likeminded sales support engineer to help continue this growth in to the future.
Your primary role will be supporting our global sensor sales team with word class pre and post sale technical support. To achieve this, you will be working with a cross-functional team of scientists, engineers and marketers proactively diving in to technical topics to become an expert in our sensors. You will use this expertise to advise our customers verbally, in email and create marketing content and sales tools.
You’ll also act as the bridge between our users and our product teams to ensure we’re acting on their feedback and continually driving the development of our products. Previous experience in technical support roles or problem solving in technical environments would be highly beneficial. Sales training if needed will be provided.
