Employee reviews

I joined TribePost in May 2013 as an Admin Assistant. Very quickly, I developed a keen eye for the sales department as I noticed there was a high earning potential. I was given the support by my Directors and they initially gave me a role as a Lead Generator. I worked within this role for around 12 months and it gave me a great understanding and confidence when speaking with people over the phone. This hard-work paid off when I was offered the role as a Sales Consultant and I haven’t looked back since then. I am now a Senior Sales Consultant achieving a very good basic and uncapped commission structure.

I started with TribePost in 2016 and through regular and continued support from both my immediate manager and the company directors I have been able to truly be myself, whilst being extremely successful in the workplace too. I started with TribePost as a Sales Administrator and then took a sideways step in the account management team looking after our customer’s recruitment campaigns and I have never looked back since.

TribePost have put me through multiple development courses, at their expense, and continue to support me every day.

We all have a great laugh every day too!

I founded TribePost in 2009 with my business partner Martin and I have loved learning so much since then. I have encountered a lot of changes within my role and the recruitment advertising market and it has kept me on my toes. This business has helped me develop my character immensely. The company wouldn’t be where it is today without the support from my fellow employees and I am excited to continually grow with the company and share my experiences with like-minded, driven individuals. I love seeing people develop and grow within their careers and greatly appreciate the opportunity to play a part in this process!
