Tessa Gough has led the team of Associates since 1987 when the company was formed. Tessa specialises in acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, birth injuries (cerebral palsy) and other complex cases. The team specialise in preparing reports on both Quantum and Liability claims in clinical negligence.

As an established provider of expert reports, we attract and retain the highest calibre of qualified health care professionals who have a wide range of specialist knowledge.

Our Associates have specialist knowledge in their areas, aligned with a thorough understanding of the legal aspects surrounding clinical negligence, personal injury and rehabilitation. Their extensive experience in medico-legal issues relating to the assessment of the needs of individuals, enables us to realistically quantify both the needs and costs of past and future care.

All of our Associates can attend meetings of experts, case conferences or give evidence in Court.

All Associates are registered with a professional regulatory body (Nursing and Midwifery Council, Health Professions Council) and are covered by professional indemnity insurance. They also have membership of a variety of professional organisations including: Multidisciplinary Association of Spinal Cord Injury (MASCIP). United Kingdom Acquired Brain Injury Forum (UKABIF).
