Location: Based in Manchester City Centre
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Contract: Full time, Permanent

Join a growing, design-led retail brand as our Shopify E-commerce Executive and take full ownership of our online store.

This is a key role for a commercially minded, highly organised e-commerce professional who can confidently manage both the creative and analytical sides of digital retail.

The Role

You’ll oversee the end-to-end performance of our Shopify site, managing products, driving conversions, enhancing the client journey, and supporting broader digital growth.

Working directly with the Director, you’ll influence strategy, pricing, campaigns, and supplier relationships.

As our Shopify E-Commerce Executive you will be responsible for;

  • Full daily management of the Shopify store
  • Accurate product uploads, pricing updates & seasonal launches
  • Overseeing order processing, global shipping & logistics
  • Maintaining a luxury brand aesthetic across the site
  • Improving SEO, performance, traffic & conversion rates
  • Competitor monitoring & commercial insight to maximise sales
  • Handling client enquiries and ensuring a premium customer experience
  • Supporting campaigns across website, email, and social channels
  • Reporting on KPIs and identifying improvements

In order to be successful in this role you must have:

  • Proven hands-on Shopify management experience
  • Highly organised, proactive, and confident approach with the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong commercial mindset with e-commerce results to show
  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards
  • Strong communicator with an eye for visual merchandising

It would be great if you had:

  • Experience in luxury or interiors
  • Knowledge of international logistics
  • Familiarity with analytics tools & digital marketing
  • Supplier management or product sourcing experience
  • Basic design skills (Canva/Adobe)
