Salary: £13.45 per hour plus benefits
Requirements: Driving License essential, Female only*
Hours: Various hours available (full time and part time)
Location: North Ayrshire (Community Based)

What We Offer:

• Full induction and training – including shadowing experienced colleagues
• Opportunity to gain SVQ qualification in Health and Social Care
• Paid travel time and expenses if travelling between relevant supports
• 24/7 on-call support from our management team
• Small, supportive teams – you’ll regularly work with the same individuals
• At least one weekend off every four weeks

What We’re Looking For:

• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including community supports, day, evening and sleepover shifts (rotas are built around the people we support)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude toward learning and development
• Basic IT skills
• A commitment to person-centred care and inclusion
• Ability to work as part of a team and solve problems creatively
• Must be 18+ (for insurance purposes)
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – we value the right attitude and a genuine passion for supporting others.
