Just Checking was developed as a result of talking to the families of people with dementia, who told us how much they worry about their relative’s care, who lives alone.
In 2004, with a UK government R&D grant, we piloted our system with several UK authorities to help practitioners understand the needs and abilities of individuals with dementia. Today, over 80% of UK local authorities use Just Checking for assessment and care planning across learning disabilities, older adults and reablement; with thousands of professionals and family users logging on each day.
Our ever-expanding team enjoy canal-side offices, where we spend our time providing customer support and further developing our systems.
