ADS Laser Cutting Ltd is the premier metal laser cutting, folding, fabrication, assembly and metal finisher – providing bespoke to volume solutions.
Founded in 2005 by brothers Stephen and Duncan Keates, with their wives Sam and Angie. Sam and Angie provide support with managing the company accounts and the ever-growing team. ADS Laser Cutting began in a 3000 square foot facility.
Since founding, ADS has grown tremendously YOY, employing over 60 in an 87,000 square feet unit whilst possessing the very latest technology.
This growth comes from continuing investment in machinery, infrastructure and in highly-skilled people. We also form long-lasting, positive relationships with our customers.
Full Service Solutions Provider
At ADS Laser Cutting Ltd, we are more than another provider of sheet metal fabrication. Our dedicated team will work with you from concept design right through to project completion.
Offering a full design and engineering service, our programmers use the latest and most up to date software. Through years of experience we will always provide the most appropriate and cost-effective manufacturing process for your business.
Under one roof, we will then cut, bend, weld, finish and assemble your project before sending the end-product anywhere in the U.K.
Locations
Two years after founding ADS Laser Cutting Ltd, Stephen and Duncan purchased a 22,500 square foot premises in Wigston, Leicestershire which used to be our primary base of operations.
Due to ADS’s growth, further expansion in our infrastructure was required. A premises in Bruntingthorpe was acquired in 2019, and was used as our large scale assembly plant.
We have recently purchased the prestigious Fox’s Glacier Mints site based in Braunstone Frith, Leicester which we have now moved into. This being an 87,000 square feet premises where we have consolidated the two sites we operated out of previously.
Long Lasting Customer Relationships
We work with businesses across all sectors, and have provided solutions for a wide array of projects.
These include high-volume standard parts where customers have required a quick turn-around to meet tight deadlines. This is also across longer term projects where our design engineers have worked closely with customers to design entirely new products.
Through this desire to be a full-service solutions provider, acting as part of a wider team and not simply another supplier. We have formed extremely positive and long-lasting relationships with our customers.
