Our services:

Boring: KSW has invested heavily in its horizontal boring capacity and we are now capable of manufacturing up to 15 tons in weight with a cube capacity of 90 inches (2300mm)

Turning: KSW has a vast experience in turning a broad range of materials from nickel alloys to carbon steels and we are proud of our reputation in this key area

Mill turn: KSW’s Mazak Integrex e-6070H II (1,000mm Dia x 4,000mm Long) allows KSW to finish machine highly complex components with minimal set ups. All turning and milling operations carried out within one workstation!

Welding: KSW’s Weld Cladding facility comprises of 5 Fronius ETR cladding stations and 1 Fronius compact station, with these rigs, KSW can weld components up to 15,000 KG’s in weight and 3,200mm long

NDT Services: KSW provides a range of inspection & Non Destructive Testing (NDT) services to clients in the oil and gas industry. Our services are provided by highly trained, experienced & qualified personnel
