Foundry Works Operative

Location: Salisbury SP3
Salary: Competitive dependent on experience
Contract: Full time, Permanent

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to support various stages of our production process. You’ll work across several departments, including:

• Wax room
• Shelling
• Foundry
• Firing
• Inspection

This is an excellent entry-level role for someone who wants to learn practical skills, work with their hands and grow within the manufacturing industry.

Who We’re Looking For

No previous experience is needed just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

You should be:

• Comfortable working in a factory environment
• A team player with good attention to detail
• Reliable and eager to develop new skills

Desirable (not essential):

• Experience in a foundry or metal casting environment
