Class One Driving Limited has specialised in the supply of traction and LGV1 drivers to the parcel industry for day and night trunking operations for the past 20 years. As the parcel industry is primarily concerned with time sensitive and high value loads Class One has specialised and remained firmly committed to this area of work.

Peter has been LGV1 driver himself for over 40 years and therefore has an unique insight into the ultra reliable and flexible approach which must be adopted to ensure a secure and effective delivery of service to our client companies working under such time sensitive pressures. With this in mind, all our drivers are fully inducted in the field of time sensitive and high value loads. We have drivers based all over the South East and further afield, many of whom are prepared to sleep out for the week, all have considerable years of varied experience allowing them to adapt and cope easily with most situations. We are normally in a position to offer assistance on any requirements customers may have.

Along with his LGV1 licence Peter is also the holder of a Driver Training and Assessment Certificate, Operator’s licence, ADR Certificate and C.P.C. at international level. The above coupled to the fact that the company is a full member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and the Freight Transport Association shows our commitment to offering a professional service backed by a good deal of experience.

We have considerable knowledge of operating vehicles both nationally and internationally. This coupled with the backup of a ready supply of agency drivers together with the acquisition of new plain white vehicles which can be supplied in your own livery if desired, complete with full replacement and maintenance facilities which we already have in place and that are covered by our own insurance’s would result in an extremely reliable service to yourselves.

• Aged 21+
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• Hold a full C+E (Class 1) licence
• Hold a Drivers CPC
• Have a valid digital tachograph card
